OSI OPTOELECTRONICS Dual indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) sandwich detector series is suitable for physical and chemical sciences, astronomy, aerospace, and measurement analysis applications. Enclosed in compact, hermetically sealed TO packages, the two-colour devices feature low noise, fast response times, and high responsivity over a wide wavelength range. Available with or without an integrated thermoelectric cooler (TEC), devices are highly resilient to volatile environmental conditions and maintain precise measurements across a broad temperature range.
